Currently, sessions are offered online via video call for flexibility and accessibility. This allows you to connect from the comfort of your own space. In-person sessions may be available on request in select locations.

How long is each session?

Each therapy session typically lasts 5060 minutes. If youre booking workshops or group programs, the duration may vary (details will be shared in advance).

Is therapy confidential?

Yes, absolutely. Confidentiality is central to my practice. What you share in therapy stays between us, except in rare situations where safety or legal obligations require otherwise (these will be discussed with you beforehand).

Do you provide therapy for depression and anxiety?

Yes. I specialize in helping individuals work through depression, anxiety, stress, and self-esteem issues, using practical tools and strategies that help you manage symptoms and create sustainable change.

Can someone relapse into depression even after recovery?

Yes, depression can recur, but with the right tools, awareness, and support, you can recognize early signs and prevent it from escalating. I share insights on this topic in my blog and during sessions.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Missed or last-minute cancellations may be charged a session fee.

Do you offer workshops or group sessions?
